We process contact details, enquiry text, project information and attachments to respond to your enquiry and organise a project. Enquiries are handled through email, our CRM and Google Firebase. Protected submission records help us recover delivery failures. Please keep attachment links within your project correspondence.
Google Analytics and Meta Pixel are loaded only when you allow analytics and advertising. You can change your choice using Privacy settings in the footer. Necessary storage remembers this choice and briefly confirms a form submission. Choosing necessary features only does not prevent you from contacting us.
The AI assistant uses an external service to process messages. Do not send passwords, payment data or other sensitive information. Embedded Google Maps and fonts may connect to Google services. Language suggestions use your browser preferences.
Contact records are retained for the business relationship and applicable record-keeping needs. To request access, correction or deletion, email prodaja@nestinterior.ba. We do not sell your contact details. Communication through WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram is also subject to Meta’s policies.
