01 — Your situationWhat does it mean to run a project from abroad?

The typical scenario: you have bought an apartment or house in Bosnia, you are renovating, and coordination has to happen online because you cannot be on site all the time. Or you visit once or twice a year and need everything done within that window.

Nearly 30% of our projects are delivered for clients living in Austria, Germany, Switzerland, Slovenia, and other EU countries. Years of experience with these projects have helped us build a reliable process that does not require your constant presence.

"Nearly 30% of our projects are for clients who aren't permanently in Bosnia. Online coordination, video calls, digital sketches — everything is set up so you don't have to be there for every step."

02 — Step by stepWhat does the entire process look like?

1. Initial contact and intro call — online

WhatsApp, email, or the contact form on our website. We arrange a video call to discuss the space, your wishes, and a rough budget. This step is fully online — no travel needed.

2. Sending sketches, floor plans, or photos

A floor plan with dimensions, a hand-drawn sketch, or even photos of the room with a tape measure — we use all of these for a preliminary proposal. It does not have to be perfect; we just need a basis for the conversation.

3. On-site measuring

The only step that requires physical access to the space — but not necessarily yours. You can arrange access through a neighbour, your builder, or a family member. We come and take precise measurements.

4. 3D visualisation and material selection — online

After measuring, we create a 3D rendering and send it digitally. Material and decor selection is done together — we send sample cards by courier or share photos for your review.

5. Confirmation and production

After confirmation and a deposit (usually 50%), production begins in our workshop. We send progress photos regularly during manufacturing. Delivery time: 4–8 weeks from project confirmation.

6. Installation and handover

We schedule installation to coincide with your visit or whenever the space is available. An average kitchen is installed in 1–2 days. After installation — a final inspection and warranty certificate.

03 — CommunicationHow do we communicate?

We use whichever channels work for you: WhatsApp, email, video call. Every important decision is confirmed in writing so there are no misunderstandings. We respond during business hours (Mon–Fri, 08:00–16:30 CET).

From experience

The biggest challenge is not technical — it is timing. Installation dates must align with your visit. Planning 6–10 weeks ahead gives enough room for every step without rushing.

04 — WarrantyWhat happens after installation?

Our kitchen warranty is 5 years and applies regardless of where you live. For any warranty claims or service calls we arrange a date that works for you — during your next visit or through a family member on site. In practice, kitchens built with Blum mechanisms and Egger materials rarely have serious warranty claims during the guarantee period.

05 — Where to startHow to get started?

The easiest way is a quick WhatsApp message or the contact form on our website. Tell us where the property is, the approximate size of the space, and what you are planning — we will guide you through the rest.

If you are travelling to Bosnia in the coming weeks, get in touch in advance — measurement slots fill up, especially during the spring and summer season.
